Domestic Shipping

We are currently ship within Australia only. Shipping is free over $80 for all states in Australia. Express shipping is free when purchased over $150.

Delivery options

We offer two different methods of shipping. Please see the table below for further details. Once orders are placed, they are not to be edited, added to or cancelled.

Shipping Notes

All parcels are shipped from Perth, Western Australia within 24-48 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). You may experience slightly longer delivery time during peak periods (Public holidays or Christmas). Please expect deliveries to take an extra 3 working days during these times. Processing will follow any WA Public Holidays. If a shipping delay occurs, Koyo customer service team will inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.

Parcel Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number (please make sure you enter your email address during purchase). Please note that the tracking number will not show up immediately. Kindly allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show as it takes time between packing and first scan when onboard for delivery.

Authority to Leave

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier or staff member will ask and record your name and acknowledge delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.

Lost or Damaged Goods
